A 3-desk office is $1,500/month (about $500 per person), the 4-desk office is $1,850/month (about $463 per person) and a 6-desk suite is $2,750/month (about $458 per person). Furniture, internet, conference rooms, coffee, cleaning and parking are included.
Do we have to sign a long lease?
No. Team suites are month-to-month with 30 days' written notice. Save 5% with a 1-year minimum, 7.5% with 3 years, or 10% with 5 years.
Can we meet clients there?
Yes. Building 5 has a reception lobby and two 10-person conference rooms that members use at no extra charge.
